Throwback Thursday - Zero 7 "In The Waiting Line"
It's hard to believe this song is twelve years old, well not that hard. If you are trying to figure out where you know this song from, it was in Garden State. And if you are wondering what Zero 7 is up to, they recently released their new single "On My Own."

New Music Video - Young The Giant "It's About Time"
I've been looking forward to what their new music would sound like, and I'm not disappointed. It's a little harder, darker, edgier, I like it.

New Music Video - Jhené Aiko ft. Childish Gambino "Bed Peace"
Still quite haven't joined the Jhené Aiko bandwagon, she seems like an indie Cassie. I don't know, let me go listen to some more of her stuff and try to hear what you guys are hearing.

More like newly released music, since they recorded it last year. It's a smooth track, I like it. Definitely not what I was expecting though.

TLC Day - "Waterfalls"
The song and video are already watery eye inducing, but when thinking about Left Eye no longer being here it makes it even more sad. From STDs to falling in with the wrong crowd, the song/video taught a generation of kids to be mindful of their choices. And for some it really was a wake up call.

TLC Day - "No Scrubs"
Most people probably think of "No Scrubs" when they hear TLC. It is by no means their best song, but it is probably the catchiest, and it won them two Grammys, so hey. Also, it continues their string of iconic music videos; those outfits, that hair(except Chili), the make up, amazing.

TLC Day - "Unpretty"
Before Christina Aguilera's "Beautiful," there was "Unpretty." A pretty song about how others make us feel unpretty. If you are unhappy with the way you look, it's okay to want to change that, but you should do it for yourself not for anyone else.

TLC Day - "Red Light Special"
The Sexy in CrazySexyCool, "Red Light Special" made me uncomfortable as a kid, haha. Particularly if it was on when my parents or older siblings were around. As I listen to it now, it's even dirtier than I remember. *blushes

TLC Day - "Creep"
TBoz's abs...
One of my favorite music videos ever. I remember waiting for someone to order it on The Box, look it up if you don't know what that is, so I could get the dance routine down. Good times.

TLC Day - "Diggin On You"
CrazySexyCool catapulted TLC into super-stardom. And part of that success was "Diggin' On You," a simple sweet song about being in like and lust. Much smoother than any of the songs from Ooooohhh...On The TLC Tip. Take a couple minutes and mellow out.

TLC Day - "Hat 2 Da Back"
This video couldn't get anymore 90's. The dance moves are straight dope yo.....*shaking my head at myself.

This is one of my favorite TLC songs and videos. It's cliche, but they just don't make them like they used to.

TLC "Ain't Too Proud To Beg"
Last night VH1 aired their TLC biopic CrazySexyCool, and the twittersphere was eager to throw all the shade possible. Especially at Lil' Mama who plays Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes. Surprisingly, the tweeps found the movie entertaining and Lil' Mama's performance worthy. In honor of the legendary group, today is dedicated to their iconic videos.

Look at those moves. The Queen of Salsa would have been 88 today. In honor of her birthday, take a second get up and do a little cha cha.

New Music Video - Jim James "State of the Art (A.E.I.O.U.)"
I can see someone going as the man with a tv for a head for Halloween. This video is in true Jim James fashion; weird, quirky, artistic, and a little emotional

Cover Wars - Michelle Kwan "Sweet Child O' Mine"
Seriously? Ugh, I need to go back to learning the guitar, haha. Do you musically talented people just pick up instruments and play, is it hard for you at all? If for some reason you don't know who originally sings the song, it's Guns 'N Roses.
