New-ish Discovey - "Karma" Lady

"Karma" by Lady was featured on last night's episode of True Blood. It's 60s R&B sound is soulful and heavy. It was nearly perfect for the ending of the episode, which I wont spoil. For something a little more upbeat, check out "Money."

Newish Discovery - Mali Music "Heavy Love"

I've been neglecting listening to Mali Music's album, and I regret it. It is one of the best R&B albums out this year. Mali Music makes gospel based, conscious, old school meets new school R&B, that makes you think at the same time you are tapping your feet. Would love to see him blow up like Sam Smith is doing. Check him out here.

New-ish Discovery - Empress Of "Tristeza"

According to her Facebook page she is electronic-astral, which makes complete sense. It's certainly not for everyone, but if you like to out of this world type music, this is for you. Check out her website, I think it's pretty cool(said in Miley Cyrus voice).
