Ty Segall Makes a Commercial For Twins

Ty Segall's new album Twins comes out on October 9th and to build anticipation he released this commercial. Not what I was expecting, but Segall never does what I'm expecting.

New Music - Tk N Cash ft. 2Chainz "No Go"

I'm sure you youngsters are grooving to this right now. Is grooving still a cool term? I'm really not that old, but 2Chainz is, haha. Once I look past their youth, I can rock with this.

New Music Video - Torae "What It Sound Like"

A plot, thank you! So tired of watching people "ball" in the club with the same six video "models." Anywho, Torae will be judging Freestyle Friday next week on 106 & Park, so check it out.

New Music Video - AXIS:SOVA "Raising Hell"

Trippy. This is nice chill, mellow out music.

New Music - Rosie Soul "Crimson Society"

Adam Lambert meets Steel Dragon. Yes, the band from Rock Star.

Frank Ocean's SNL Debut

Who are the other guitarists, besides John Mayer? They look familiar. Nice performance, but I think if you are going to have John Mayer you should use the opportunity to take the song to the next level.

New Music - Missy Elliot ft. Timbaland "Triple Threat"

Their relationship has produced some great music. What do the young people say...this joint cranks! However, I don't know if this is good enough to kick off her return, hmm.

New Music Video - The Black Keys "Little Black Submarines"

Looks like the audience and the band had fun. Wish I was there.

New Music - Michele Karmin "Six Years"

I don't like that it sounds like two separate songs being played at the same time, but I understand what they are trying to do. She has a solid voice, I will have to check out some more of her stuff.

Just Cause - Selah Sue "Raggamuffin"

If you haven't listened to her album "Selah Sue," you should get on that immediately. Scratch that, just buy it here.

New Music Video - Sleigh Bells "End of the Line"

This is one of my favorite tracks off their latest album; it's so...them. Very descriptive, I know.  Anywho, am I the only one who thinks she looks really cool riding that bike? Probably, haha.

New Music Video - Chrome Canyon "Memories of a Scientist"

A little Weird Science, a little Revenge of the Nerds carnival scene, a little Ziggy Stardust; wonderful.
