New Music - Christina Marie Magenta "Drown"

There is potential here but it doesn't quite reach it. The mix isn't right, her voice should blend into the music. It's like I can hear them placing her vocals over top of the music. Iono maybe I'm thinking too much.

New Music Video - Jets Overhead "What You Really Want"

Similar All American Rejects "Dirty Little Secret" video, Jets Overhead asked their fans to send in pictures of them showing what they want. This is the current product of that project; tellmewhatyoureallywant.com. As fans continue to submit the video will be updated, which is kind of cool. Check out the band and their debut US album Boredom and Joy here.

B.J The Chicago Kid ft. Kendrick Lamar "His Pain"

Better late than never, he released this like a year ago. This is my new jam, it's got that old school hip hop feel. When not everything was about flossin'. Yes, I did just say flossin' haha. Check out B.J The Chicago Kid here.

Just Cause - Religion "Blade Runner (What So Not remix)"

Dancing it up right now!

New Music - Flume ft. George Maple "Bring You Down"

Nice boost at about the 3:00 mark. Flume is already selling sold out shows in Australia and the UK, and plans on doing the same in the US now that he's signed to Mom + Pop. "Bring You Down" is off his self-titled debut album, that will be released on February 19th. Prepare yourself now for his potential take over. You can keep up with him here.

New Music - Dido ft. Kendrick Lamar "Let Us Move On"

I didn't know Kendrick Lamar was on the track when I listened to it, so it was a nice surprise. It's Dido at her usual, and Lamar with a good curveball.

Album Review - T. I Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head

Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head, hmm, T.I might not be as complicated as he says on "Can You Learn." The rest of the album, especially "Trap Back" and "Wildside" show him as the drug abusing/slinging, gun totting, bad boy that he will always be. At least that's the picture he paints. That he may want to change, but the thuggin' will always be apart of him. Something that isn't new to rappers. Overall, the beats are lackluster and T.I doesn't go as hard as he can. Here's a lazy breakdown by song.
